"USB Condom" Keeps your Devices safe in Public Ports

Conscious that injudiciously inserting one's USB charger into just any old public port might expose one's handheld device to any manner of nasty malware (or data theft, for that matter), experimental security outfit int3.cc has come up with the USBCondom, a go-between device that creates a break between the data pins of your USB connector and those of the public USB port you're plugging into. Nikon Announces the Nikon 1 AW1 rugged Compact System Camera

If you’ve traveled to exotic locations, you probably encountered this dilemma: You want to bring with you a better camera, but you’re worried about exposing it to the elements and damaging it. You could bring a rugged point-and-shoot, but you want better image quality than what these compacts can offer. If you face this conundrum, Nikon has a new solution in the Nikon 1 AW1 compact system camera (CSC) – what it refers to as the “world’s first waterproof, shockproof interchangeable lens camera.” DIGITALTRENDS.

Samsung Unveils it's Most Incredible Phone to Date The Galaxy Note 3

Samsung from day one create the Phablet Niche with the first Note and as much as other mobile phone companies like HTC and Sony try to get into the market, Samsung seems about 2 or 3 steps ahead. The Galaxy Note 3 sports a bigger 5.7 inch screen from Note 2's 5.5 but it's still thinner and lighter.

It also packs a 13mp rear camera on a premium feel leather back that adds stitching to boot. As expected it packs a big 3,200 mAh battery -bigger than the Sony Z1's 3000 mAh, also announced today- to keep your juice running a whole day without needing to charge till night time.

I'm going to have a hard time deciding whether to upgrade to the Note 3 or the Z1.

Motorola Unveils the Moto X Smartphone

Motorola finally released it's over hyped X phone on the 1st of August. The main talk and babble about the phone was its over 2000 possible ways to customize it and the fact that it is all made in America - which should be good for the job market- and all. The sad part is that the phone is available on the The US, Canada and Latin America.

The phone's specs are decent with a massive 4.7 inch screen, 2,200 mah battery that they claim lasts a day thanks to their new X8 chip that's power saving. It also boasts of a new camera called the clear pixel...a tad reminiscent of HTC One's 'Ultra Pixel' tag.

The Moto X camera packs a 10mp shooter and a 720p amoled screen. The most interesting thing about the phone to me is the size... it's the same screen size with the HTC One but overall is height its about the same as the Iphone. So i'm guessing they used up a lot of precious bezel space to get that screen size. Motorola in the run up to the release continued saying they were going to release the perfect smartphone in terms of size but i'm not sure i agree with them. My Samsung Galaxy Note 11 to me is the perfect sized phone.

The heavy sound of Marshall has been carried over the world for nearly 50 years. Breathless roadies and roaring trucks have worked hard to make Marshall heard all across the globe. Now, time has come for you to carry this magnificent burden of rock ‘n’ roll all by yourself.

Spending half a decade on tour with the most prominent and untamed musicians builds experience and a feel for what really works. This unparalleled amount of wisdom has been distilled and fused into every part of Marshall Headphones.

Nothing has been compromised when expanding the Marshall heritage of big stage performance to the individual enjoyment of good music. These headphones are conceived from Marshall’s time-tested fundaments of performance and endurance, designed to thrive on daily use and to render music the way it was meant to sound, no matter what your flavour is. The greatest of effort has also been put into the aesthetics, making the headphones ooze of that iconic Marshall look.
