Coach Set To Launch its First Menswear Collection at LCM AW15

American brand Coach known for it's elegant mens bags and accessories would be launching its first menswear collection during the forthcoming London Collections Men in January. Prior to this, Coach only had a full womens clothing and accessories line with knitwear and some outerwear for men adding to their accessories line. 

"London is the standard-bearer of classic men’s style but always encourages the next generation of talent," Vevers said. "Though Coach is American to the core, that juxtaposition is the essence of our brand: blending the established with the cool."

The 20 piece collection would be shown in a static presentation like the womens last season.

Xander Zhou Spring Summer 2015 Collection Lookbook

Chinese designer Xander Zhou has been a staple at London Collections Men since 2012 when he was sponsored by GQ China to show. We got introduced to the Industrial Design trained creatives aesthetic that saw him work with loads of innovative fabric in new ways. For spring 2015 the vibe from the show was youthful, pop and bling. Star Wars and particularly Darth Varder played a recurring theme with certain prints. 

There was a play on shirt collars and everything from oversized to funnel was put out there. There's also an interesting use of mesh for oversize coats, hoodies and crewneck tops. The shorts in the collection look a lot loose in the look-book as opposed to the runway where they were super tight. Everything looked amazing on the runway and even looks better in the look-book.Looking forward to the AW15 show at LCM next month.

Oliver Sweeney x Agi & Sam SS14 LCM

Agi & Sam worked with Oliver Sweeney for their AW13 collection so it was only right that come SS14 they would come together to create beautiful pieces. Asides from the Agi & Sam tailoring and clothing bits which in my opinion were the most impressive at the just concluded London Collection Men, these shoes ooze of a chic youthful appeal. They Sam Cotton on the print side infused tiny print details on the ankle length boots with transparent soles (seen above) and the functional meets dressy aesthetic worked for me.

Xander Zhou Fall Winter 2013 Runway at London Collections Men

 Xander Zhou first popped to our notice when GQ China sponsored him for the first London Collections Men last year and he continued to deliver his second time around. The most interesting pieces in the sports inspired collection for me were the shoes and ribbed cuffed trousers.

E TAUTZ AW13: LONDON COLLECTIONS MEN

Took a lil break from shooting streetstyle to see the E Tautz show and like always they delivered a top notch collection. Their silhouette remained the same and they played with checks, paisley and interesting zig zag patterns. Overall the collection was a 9/10 for me.
