In commemoration of their 25th anniversary New York centric
Magazine,
Paper selected 25, top 25 year old stars for 5 different covers of their anniversary issue. Stars like
Wale,
Kid Cudi ,
Kelly Osbourne, Avril Lavigne and more were all in the mix.
