Claude Grant Fall/Winter 09

New York based menwear designer Claude Grant started his eponymous label in 2008 and has received a lot of coverage in the media as well as various menswear blogs. The designer who was influenced a lot by the style of the 50's and early 60's has Miles Davis as one of his style icons, which explains why he pays so much attention to tailoring and fabrication.
His fall/winter 09 collection is slightly more athletic, an expression of what American sportswear is to him.

The blazer works really well with the whole outfit, I am into dressing formally but a tartan blazer gives off a casual vibe

The styles are very unique and fabulous. The clean lines and I think it is made from fine materials that appear to be fabulous. I guess you should also try a blue blazer with mens neckties. Wonderful use of colors that really caught my eye. Thanks!
